Trenton, NJ, November 5, 2025—Congoleum Acquisition (DBA Congoleum Flooring), a U.S. manufacturer of resilient flooring products, has entered into a definitive agreement for New Congol, a subsidiary of Beaulieu International Group (B.I.G.), a global provider of flooring and material solutions, to acquire the flooring operations of the company and substantially all of its assets.
